‘Alien base’ on the moon?

The NASA satellite documents the surface of the moon, taking thousands of stills of its rocky surface and beaming them back to Earth.  And one of those images contains proof that aliens have constructed a base on the moon, according to a prominent UFO hunter called Scott C. Waring.  The alien enthusiast claims the footage is proof that “human-like” creatures live within reach of planet Earth.
